Red Flowering Quince

We have just a few of these great plants left! An easy to grow shrub, it's one of the first to bloom in early spring. It tolerates extremes of cold and heat, and light or heavy soil. It's deer resistant and attracts humming birds. It likes full sun, moderate water. Grows 5-6 ft. tall, 3-4 ft. wide.

Euphorbia "Tiny Tim"

We just got these delivered from McCalls nursery in Fresno. A cool plant I like to call the alien sucker flower plant. Tiny Tim is tough and easy to grow. Drought tolerant, deer resistant, and evergreen. It handles the hot dry summers of central California and is cold hardy as well. It grows 1 ft. tall, blooms spring through fall and is great in containers. Takes sun or part shade, moderate water.

Now is a good time to plant deciduous trees, either bare root or potted.  Bare root trees cost less and can be easier to transport and plant. However, they do need to be planted soon after purchase, preferably the same day.
